Old photos of the crossover switch and then the switch to reach Shippensburg on the WM. At Shippensburg the WM connected to the PRR, former Cumberland Valley Railroad between Harrisburg, PA and Winchester, VA.
CSX train V810-26 has stopped for clearence onto Conrail trackage. The Lurgan train-order office is just aghead.
The WM ran left of the water tank to Shippensburg, right to connect with the Reading RR. Second photo taken in June 1998.
